Solo Point WWTP Joint Base Lewis McChord NPDES 401 certification

We invite you to comment on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) request for 401 water quality certifications on the 2026 draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Solo Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, Joint Base Lewis McChord Permit.


We ask for your feedback on what water quality conditions we should consider to make sure EPA’s Solo Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, Joint Base Lewis McChord Permit meets Washington State’s water quality standards.
