Comments are due by February 15, 2021

Comments received by February 15, 2021 will be considered for the 2021 version of the plan. Comments received after that date will be considered for a later update. (See below for more information.)

Why are you sending this out during a pandemic? What if I don’t have time right now?

Unfortunately, this publication is also happening during a global crisis. We have no way of knowing the current workloads and availability of interested parties.

In order to not shortchange those affected by the pandemic, some plans that were published during the COVID-19 crisis will be reopened for comment and republished at a later date. In the meantime, this version of the plan will be available for spills and tested during drills, and comments will be collected for the later version.
